About the Project
This project involved the creation of a new administrative building that also included two operating theatres and consulting rooms. The four-bay modular structure, measuring 12,000 x 8,000, features a Hardie board exterior with graphite-coloured windows and high-security steel doors and frames. The building is equipped with climate control units, emergency lighting, a fire alarm system, energy-efficient LED lighting, and an A-rated water system. Both operating rooms are fitted with hygienic, bacteria-resistant wall, floor, and ceiling panels.
We needed to find a reliable company capable of producing high-quality modular buildings within a short timeframe. Our existing buildings were deteriorating rapidly, so it was essential to act quickly. After conducting thorough research and contacting several companies—some of which we visited in person—we discovered Nationwide Modular Construction Ltd.
Throughout the process, the company provided regular updates, photos, and installation schedules, which gave us great confidence. When the team arrived to complete the installation, we were not only impressed but truly delighted by their professionalism. The installers, including the company’s owner and director, were polite, efficient, and a pleasure to have on site. They worked tirelessly, and the finished building exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly proud of the result and can’t wait for our office staff and veterinary team to move in.
